Refund policy
We strive to keep our customers happy, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions apply:
1. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving it, provided the goods are in their original packaging and good condition. Please note that returns require prior authorisation and approval from our team. Goods sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.
2. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returning of goods will be at customers cost.
3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
4. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
5. For defective products, you can choose between a refund or an exchange within 7 business days from receipt of goods. Please inspect goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item purchased is defective, damaged or if you receive incorrect goods. You will be required to submit an image and description of the damaged product. Once your communication is received, our team will review the matter and inform you of the outcome and the process hereafter.
6. Gift cards purchased or received cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
7. Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned and refunded.
8. If your return item included a free gift or promotional item, the gift will need to be returned as well.
9. The provision of exchanges will be subject to availability of preferred products.
