Shipping policy

Our shipping is managed through a third party, Bob Go Shipping. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 – 3 working days and shipped thereafter.

Please note that once your online order is processed, finalised and paid for, we cannot make any adjustments, add-ons, swop or change any products. A new online order will have to be made.

Our shipping is within South African borders, with outlying/ remote areas taking longer than usual, subject to the courier company policies.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is free countrywide (South Africa) on orders above R800.00.

Orders that fall below the free shipping threshold are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.

We do not accept P.O Boxes as a shipping address.

We do not have control over missing or lost shipments, however, we can assist in resolving shipment issues with the shipping company.
